For that reason alone, every sign product we offer is manufactured with your satisfaction in mind.
If you find out a problem with your sign once it arrives, let us know immediately (within 3 business days of delivery) by calling customer support at 1-888-798-7446 or 604-984-7446, by filling out our contact form with your invoice or order number. You can also send us email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know about a problem with your sign.
If there is a mistake from our side. Including Size, Font Style, Color and Material, we’ll get your order repair or replacement and shipped out to you at no cost and within our standard production time. If it was a mistake on your end, Client is response for replacement.
Damage from Shipping:
If your order arrives damaged, we’ll remanufactured and send out your new product within the standard production time.
