How Channel Letter Signs Are Built

Acrylic Face
Translucent acrylic face available in custom colors and finishes. The acrylic face forms the visible front surface of the channel letter and allows light to pass through for bright, even illumination.

Trim Cap
Aluminum trim cap secures and holds the acrylic face in place. It creates a clean finished edge while providing a strong connection between the face and the letter body.

Aluminum Returns
Formed aluminum sidewalls that create the depth and structure of the channel letter. Returns are custom fabricated to match the shape of each letter and provide long-term durability.
